Common questions
How do I start a trip?
From the grown-ups' home screen, tap Start a trip, answer the grown-up question (the parental gate), then choose the travel mode, destination, and trip length.
Why does the app ask for location?
Only Car Mode uses location, only while a trip is active, and only to show journey progress. It is never saved and never leaves the device. If you say no, car trips simply use a time-based journey instead — and plane, train, and boat trips never use location at all.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings (behind the parental gate) → GoGo Journey Plus → Restore Purchases.
Does the app work offline?
Yes — all facts, games, and badges are built in, so everything works in airplane mode.
